It's Happening at The Create Exchange

Button, button, who's got the button? I don't know about you, but, I love buttons. My grandma started my love affair with buttons when I was an itty bitty little girl. If I was good, I got to play in her button box. I was fascinated by all the different shapes, colors and sizes. I loved having the task of finding the perfect button when she needed to sew a new one on grandpa's shirt.

"The impulse to collect is a basic part of the human psyche, and buttons have been admired and collected for centuries. Button collecting was recognized as an organized hobby through the founding of the National Button Society in 1938" www.nationalbuttonsociety.org

Buttons are an extremely useful and versatile crafting material and can really make a project special. Whether you sew them on a crocheted hat, create button art or just like the look of a jar filled with them, finding that one perfect button can bring joy to your heart.
